I use Trillian on my iPhone 12, iPad Air 4, and MacBook Pro. Suddenly, I am unable to send pictures via either the iPad or iPhone, however, I can on the laptop. The phone and iPad look like they are sending, but when I check Trillian on my laptop they are not in the conversation window. I do use iCloud but the pictures are also still on my iPhone. Likewise, if I take a picture with the iPhone right through Trillian, it too does not send. The iPad camera through Trillian does not function at all. This is all very discouraging as I don't always want to wait until I am home to send an image. Thank you for any help you can provide.

I have several sales people that use Trillian, however only 1 person keeps having an issue where every time Trillian installs or closes he has to reinstall, and I have to go to his desk and enter my credentials to install, it just wont stick. None of the other sales people has the issue.

How to fix Trillian app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Trillian app on iPhone
Update Trillian app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Trillian iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Trillian on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Trillian network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Trillian Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Trillian not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Trillian App
1. On android, goto Settings » Trillian » click [Force Stop]

Update Trillian to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Trillian App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Trillian » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Trillian.

Fix Trillian unable to contact server/ Trillian internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Trillian » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Trillian » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Trillian
