I have a problem with Edible Go!

- Does not link to more navigation apps

- Optimization can be out of whack

- Full of glitches and refinements feel like punishments

- Deliveries can disappear while in route

- Trouble when an order has been unlogged from route

- Add to route feature says arrangements are not completed when they are ready

- Optimization puts orders in random order and has drivers going over their own tracks

- App can never connect to server and wastes time while out on deliveries

- Glitches make drivers have to optimize every stop and double-check if it's the right customer

- Worse version after update, should have kept the old version

Can’t log in to the edible go app. Says network error. Error 10. How can this get resolved

To resolve Edible Go! network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Edible Go! App
1. On android, goto Settings » Edible Go! » click [Force Stop]

Clear Edible Go! App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Edible Go! » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Edible Go!.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Edible Go! » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Edible Go! » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Edible Go!
