This is a great app, great bank! convenient!, no fees!, 24 hour over draft protection if you overdraft from spending (checking account) it will automatically take from your savings to stop you from getting a penalty which cost 7-15$ for your own good because it’s not a credit card!, with the virtual wallet account you get a checking , Savings , and a reserve account you can only pull money out of your reserve so many times or you’ll get penalized which they’ll just take it away from you and I belive charge you 7-15$ but it’s for your own self control to not spend out of that account you get like 5 transfers from that account a month I believe it’s a great way to save money. you can transfer money from checking to savings all you want. You can send money to friends with zelle, there are Pnc atms at every speed way to with drawl from only for no charge 20$ ,40$ 100$ ect, this is the best bank and app no doubt about it ive had 33 cents in my account for 2 months and it’s okay that want you as a customer! And the bankers are very helpful they took off a 22$ fee I had received from a misunderstanding so there verry friendly! 100% only bank I’ll ever use for the rest of my life, best part about it is you can manage all of your money from your phone and even deposit checks by takeing a picture, (takes up to 1 day) and don’t void the check untill it’s forsure deposited. I recommend this bank to every one :)

I have been banking for many years and I truly love their customer service and their app. My local branch is out of the way to get to, but I consistently have great service of any kind. They are a more conservative bank so do not take risks other banks may take, but that is wise in my opinion. I have had times when the app was not functioning at the time, but I can logon later and complete my banking business. I figure all software like people are not perfect and need work at times. One feature I like the most is the money bar so I can at a glance see what my account holds and I can transfer money by sliding the bar. I also like the reserve account so I can set aside money to cover things that I know are going to come out so I don’t spend that money or I can use it to save for something coming up I will pull out in a shorter timeframe and don’t want to put into savings necessarily. Hope this helps you. 😊

Virtual Wallet is, simply put, the best online banking system I have ever used. I started with online banking in its early days with a third party system called CheckFree that worked through my bank. Banks at that time did not offer what we have come to know as online banking. I evolved to standard online banking software through my bank when it became available but opted for Virtual Wallet when it was first offered. It allows me to track all of my funds, plan on payments in the future knowing what funds will be available at that time. All of my accounts are linked so that if I ever scheduled payments that exceeded available funds in my basic checking account, funds are automatically transferred from one of my other accounts without my intervention. You can place me in the category of being a very satisfied customer.
