How to fix alQibla app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the alQibla app on iPhone
Update alQibla app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall alQibla iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix alQibla on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve alQibla network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

alQibla Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix alQibla not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the alQibla App
1. On android, goto Settings » alQibla » click [Force Stop]

Update alQibla to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear alQibla App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » alQibla » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart alQibla.

Fix alQibla unable to contact server/ alQibla internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click alQibla » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto alQibla » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch alQibla
