Notification Center widget doesn't work

It is has been more than 5 months since the last update which claimed the widget extension layout is fixed. However, the widget layout doesn't show as expected with any of the recent iOS versions: iOS 10 - iOS 10.2!
Previous review: The Notification Center widget doesn't work anymore on iOS 9.3.5 with the latest update.

It's been two weeks since the last update that broke the Notification Center and there has still be no fix..
Unlike what is mentioned in the latest update notes, the Notification Center widget still doesn't work for iOS 9.
What is the problem???
