How to fix Kijiji app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Kijiji app on iPhone
Update Kijiji app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Kijiji iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Kijiji on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Kijiji network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Kijiji not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Kijiji App
1. On android, goto Settings » Kijiji » click [Force Stop]

Update Kijiji to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Kijiji App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Kijiji » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Kijiji.

Fix Kijiji unable to contact server/ Kijiji internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Kijiji » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Kijiji » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
