They steal your money with no explanation and have ZERO customer service. I’ve used La Caixa over 20 years and it used to be a friendly bank but now are nothing but modern pirates who are rude thieves. Find a better bank…
CaixaBankNow is nearly have a GB - that's v sloppy engineering for fairly basic functionality. Please address
Me experience with Caixa, and CaixaBankNow , is that it only works 50% of the time. Authentication is non-functional. This so frustrating because my utilities and my car insurance seemed to be locked in. No clear solutions are ever offered, even when visiting the local branch. The people are polite and Caixa’s public relations department works overtime trying to sell me solutions for every problem except their basic banking challenges. I’m sure half of the good reviews on here are written by them.
There is no way that they have earned a four star rating with CaixaBankNow.
It is thus far (6 months) completely unusable.
I suppose it’s possible that it could be different in Spanish, but in English it is garbage.
It logs me out of all the apps every single time I try to use them, and tells me my password is incorrect on both, so when you combine the banking app, with the “pay” app, with CaixaBankNow you’re trying to use to make a purchase, all with a time limit, it is impossible.

A pain in the neck, to say the least. I have to create a new password every time I try to use CaixaBankNow . The previous password never works. It has been like this since I first used it. What gives?
Very slow working app, have to switch between apps to authorize transactions. Gets stuck on login everyday, even though I have a new iPhone 13 Pro. Has too many ads trying to sell caixa products
Compared to apps from other banks CaixaBankNow is so slow that I dread to use it. It works, but like the web based banking site, pushes many other unwanted products. This causes clutter and is perhaps one of the reasons for the slow performance.
CaixaBankNow needs a complete overhaul. Yes it’s functional but the design is the worst and everything is so difficult to find/do!
CaixaBankNow is not user friendly,it is hard to understand and check your transations. Just a suggestion copy the BoA app it is much better.
The day after Christmas CaixaBankNow opens to the greeting page, but then nothing happens. Your touted improvements can only be appreciated if CaixaBankNow actually opens. ¡Bon natal!
CaixaBank Now fails to detect that CaixaBank Sign is actually installed. Every time you open CaixaBank Now, you get the message suggesting to install CaixaBank Sing.
Also, Bizum doesn’t work with decimals. 12,70 Eur fails, while 13 Eur works.
UPDATE: Feb 2019
My old problems seem to be related to not being on the latest iOS version. It still shouldn’t be broken but now that I’m on iOS 12 things are better. I agree with others about integrating the Pay app into the main app. That would be nice. Otherwise CaixaBankNow does what I need it to.
just updated to the latest version and app can't even load--AGAIN! FIX IT. also fix your app support link to go to somewhere i can get help and not back to CaixaBankNow store.
If you have say a Euro , dollar and sterling account , you CANNOT move funds from one to the other. URGENT FESTURE PLEASE ( already requested last year ). Thanks.
