Me experience with Caixa, and the app, is that it only works 50% of the time. Authentication is non-functional. This so frustrating because my utilities and my car insurance seemed to be locked in. No clear solutions are ever offered, even when visiting the local branch. The people are polite and Caixa’s public relations department works overtime trying to sell me solutions for every problem except their basic banking challenges. I’m sure half of the good reviews on here are written by them.

There is no way that they have earned a four star rating with this app.

It is thus far (6 months) completely unusable.

I suppose it’s possible that it could be different in Spanish, but in English it is garbage.

It logs me out of all the apps every single time I try to use them, and tells me my password is incorrect on both, so when you combine the banking app, with the “pay” app, with the app you’re trying to use to make a purchase, all with a time limit, it is impossible.

Very frustrating.

A pain in the neck, to say the least. I have to create a new password every time I try to use the app. The previous password never works. It has been like this since I first used it. What gives?
