Please for the love of god STOP making unnecessary changes to the app. I have used the app for years and I still prefer it the way it was then. But what is going on with the recent changes???? First you move filter/sort to the BOTTOM of the page (it was just fine on top) now you make favorite/sale alert one button instead of two?? WHY?????? It completely throws people off when something so small get used everyday is changed around. Please just keep the app the way it was. There literally NO need for these recent changes.

While I like being able to favorite items I want and get sale alerts on them, the app hasn’t worked well in years. I never can see all the items I save. Just saved 10-15 dress shirts for my husband and they’re not showing up in my list. When I look at the comprehensive list, I can see the items on the thumbnail but not once I click in the list. Very frustrating and counterproductive. Might as well go to the two stores sites directly.

I found a Victoria Beckham sweater I absolutely love and it was via this website. It advertises that you get $25 if you sign up for an account. I did. No $25 bonus mentioned. I was planning to buy because of the discount + the extra $25. Now I’m just kinda unhappy. I may as well contact the show room because they always match things for me when it’s almost sale season or at least put my item to the side and let me pick it up in a couple weeks if they can’t let it go now. I like the idea of this app and I have been using the website for longer than I can recall. Just don’t get suckered by a bait & switch. I’m debating whether to keep the app or just delete and move on out of spite. I hate the incentives to download when nothing actually happens. It’s crappy marketing & leaves a bad taste in the mouths of people who don’t already use your brand… and even then, it means a lot of people won’t use extra features… we’ll just stick with the online version because I have no incentive to do otherwise.
