My radio app is now shocking it keep stopping & playing ads in between songs, it’s terrible, in need of an update, I’m going back to oldschool radio

To resolve Radio Nova network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Radio Nova App
1. On android, goto Settings » Radio Nova » click [Force Stop]

Clear Radio Nova App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Radio Nova » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Radio Nova.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Radio Nova » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Radio Nova » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Radio Nova
