App won't load audio stream

On WIP sports. Keeps repeating talk that was said 20 minutes ago

something went wrong - retry on Imac.

Audacy seems to "turn off" after awhile. Doesn't play live....tou have to listen to what already played... Very annoying....what am I doing wrong.....????

Audacy is terrible! Go to a radio station, hit "live", and it says "advertisement". When I press the start arrow, goes to advertisement and doesnt plat, just sits there! Brand new Google pixel 6! Just doesn't work. Disgusting!

I love when the Audacy app works like I think it should. It runs for a few minutes then stops. It doesn't want to broadcast real time. I don't understand this.

I have a Samsung Note 20 Ultra. Audacy will play for 2-3 minutes at a time. I then have to unlock the screen, press the pause button, then press the play button to get it playing again. This repeats until I am too frustrated to continue. What can I do to fix this?

After installing on my Android phone. App will not open. I get prompt for sign on name and that's it. I have had numerous issues last 6 months.

WFAN does not play on app on my iPhone. It behaves like it’s playing, but nothing actually plays. Btw, it used to work fine. But hasn’t for the past week or two.

What is that sound while using AUDACY app. It is annoying.

The app frequently stops working. I have to force close and restart. Using an Android phone.

And as lithe comment. Weei sports radio station.. all day it crashes, stops for no reason, i have to reboot. I've unistalled/reinstalled with no improvement....Audacy- DO SOMETHING. Your app sucks on all platforms... android or otherwise.

The audacity app and website stream for WEEI constantly cuts out and doesn't come back. I cannot listen to this station on any device. What is the problem??

After playing for 5 min the app stops playing I restart it and it does it again

Once I get in the app, it stops running after several minutes. I have to clock on the "stop" icon and hit the start arrow again. SO ANNOYING. I don't have this problem with any other live streaming app. This has gone on for several months now. *Samsung phone

The audacy app keeps shutting off after playing for approximately 10 minutes and keeps happening

Recently the app shuts down whatever is playing spontaneously.... I have to constantly replay it.... Is there something in the settings?

A few months maybe 2 when the app ask me to log in my app keeps crashing every 3-5 minutes. I have to restart. Please look into this because it's becoming very frustrating and annoying

When opening app. Keeps saying unable to load page content

The app is constantly crashing and for no apparent reason. I'll be driving along in my car and then it just cuts out and I have to start all over again. This did not used to happen. There's been a change a few months ago and ever since this new change with the new look it is totally unstable. When I'm using the app and I simply go to take a photograph, every single time it shuts down and I have to restart the app. It's been very frustrating and not very user friendly as the old screen and slide method of advancing the program is gone. I wish you guys would change it back and just leave it alone. It was fine the way it was. As of right now it's almost unusable at times and very disappointing.

The app said I have to log in again. I haven't had to do that since I installed the app. I try to log in and on;y get a screen to sign up for a new account. There is no functioning login page on the site or app.

App randomly stops my live radio station. Have to go back and restart. Now, as of today there is no pause, replay, forward, slide button to another part of broadcast. It was a great app and now it stinks. Please fix!

When playing WIP Sports Talk Radio the programs won’t stay LIVE. They restart to the beginning whenever you stop or pause.

This app is miserable. Simply miserable. Everything said above, at the very least. I have a station I want to listen to, and if it weren't for that, I would have dumped this app and blown it up in Reviews long ago. It's literally worse than many free *foreign garbage apps that get zero good reviews. The fact that so many really big stations reside on this piece of garbage is puzzling in the extreme. What kind of dirt does Audacy have on these station managers lol?

I am having the same problems with this new version of the app as others have reported. I listen to WXRT and it takes a long time to load and just randomly stop and I have to shut down the app and restart. WXRT will lose listeners!

I listen to Chicago radio station WXRT everyday for several hours using the Audacy App on my Android phone. Several times during the day the App disconnects from my phone and I have to reconnect it. Sometimes it works for hours at a time and others this happens quite often, but it does happen everyday I'm listening via my phone. Thank you.

since the new version of the Audacy App 7/27/2022 the Audacy app no longer works on either of my iphone 12 Pro IOS 15.6. I have been in touch with Audacy support and they are "looking into it" This is over 2 weeks. Just by chance I went back to my Sonos app and I can get the media through the Sonos App. FYI.

Audacy app randomly stopped working completely on 8/12/22. Just shows logo and doesn’t bring anything else up but blank screen

Something changed last week. Audacy doesn’t load (infinite loop previously described). I have to delete the app and reinstall. It will work one time, and the problem returns. Then have to delete and reinstall again. Like shampoo…lather, rinse, repeat. Please fix. Thanks!

App totally stopped working days ago. Logo comes up then just freezes

Audacy no longer works with Android Auto. I get a message from AA to go to the app to open it. Can't stream WFAN anymore. Very frustrating. Please help.

I am not off line, but when I go in to the Audacy app it states I am Off Line and It will not open up to view my sports programs

Can’t get Audacy radio to load

Since the app updated I can't listen to live stations I listen to two stations CBS sports radio and WFAN the fan and I can't get them to go live I don't know what happened

The Audacy app is awful- NEVER had these problems with radio.com It starts plays for a few seconds and stops. Have removed and replaced several times. Now I have to do that two or three times a day. I have followed all the suggestions for troubleshooting. I am in the room right now with the Internet server and while I’m typing this the Audacy Radio shut down yet again. Does not happen to IHeart radio. Error and issue not on my end. Really a problem. Does anyone care? Sane thing I’m saying is written on this page by many people. Get this fixed.

The app keeps crashing after seconds of listening to my download podcasts, can't even download podcasts with the new update. Audacy lost me as a subscriber. New update made it difficult to browse podcast episodes. This is terrible. They rebuilt the whole app and didn't fix any of the issues and made it even more user unfriendly.

App no longer shows up as a supported app on Android Auto, it skips frequently and occasionally repeats several seconds of play.

I have a Samsung A52. received audacy app update. Now constantly getting message, we're embarassed as app crashed. Also having problems connecting and play in 2020 kia with android auto play

The latest release of the app (released with the past week) has made the app virtually unusable. The app no longer appears in Android Auto and has constant issues with pausing, resetting to several seconds earlier, stopping, etc. I was a long time user of the app going back to when it was Radio.com. This newest release is a disaster of epic proportions.

Since the last update, I can no longer use with android auto. It is not showing up as supported app.

App fails several times every day. I have to delete and re install, but it continues to pause, skip, fail, etc. Frustrating garbage app

I live in Mount Prospect IL, in the Chicago IL radio network. All of a sudden, when I try to listen to Chicago local station 670am The Score to listen to Cubs games, instead of the game, I get a recorded message that I am not in the area allowed to listen to the game. Everyone else in my house, sitting right next to me, can play the station and the game. It is very frustrating. I’ve checked both the App and my iPhone locations settings. Both are correct - Chicago IL in the Audacy app and my precise location in my iPhone settings. I’ve deleted and re-installed the App and powered my iPhone off and back on. Nothing has helped.

The app hiccups. It will play, then after a bit it loops back about 3 seconds. Happens very frequently. I have deleted and reinstalled the app but problem persists.

App takes forever to open, have to reboot phone, every hour on the hour repeats itself in the previous play and hour before.

Audacy app frequently pauses streaming of a local radio station. Sometimes I am able to resume play by pressing parallel bars other times not requiring closing the app and restarting. This has been occurring quite frequently this weekend. I stream youtube throughout the week and do not have an issue with that app. Wireless signal is not the issue either. I am current on my android updates and frequently optimize memory, storage and battery as well.

App is absolutely trash. Takes several minutes to load most of the time. Won't properly shut down once app is closed. If I listen in the morning, I have to force stop to listen in the afternoon. I've uninstalled/reinstalled this app several times. Never, ever have this problem with Hulu, youtube, Spotify, iheart or even the old Radio.com app. That app worked every time without issue, this app makes me want to break my phone and tablet.

Only way to stop app is to delete app and reinstall daily iPhone 13 help

The live stream consistently takes 30 seconds to a minute to load. It does not happen with other streaming apps, such as Iheart, sporify or hulu live.

I cannot play local Padres baseball games. It plays a radio program instead.

All my subscription podcasts are gone now? The search doesn’t retrieve the podcasts that I used to subscribe to. What changed?
