Does stop playing after 15 minutes

when I select my tuner app initially it starts then I get the message that it has stopped

After starting the car with Android Auto device, MiTuner doesn't start automatically. Pushing the play button doesn't work. The only way is go in to select channel and change station and then change back to the station i want listen to. Its very irritating to have to do this avery time. Otherwise the app is great

After starting the car with Android Auto device, MiTuner doesn't start automatically. Pushing the play button doesn't work. Ticking the MiTuner Logo presents the main screen of MiTuner with a green "play" button. This button doesn't work. The I have to go to the station selection screen, tick on the station again. The the MiTuner main screen comes, the music plays a second and then stops again. De play button is green again and I have to push it sometimes 10 times before the music continues to play. After that I can go to the main screen again with my navigation and music. I have paid for the removal of the adds and these are not showing up anymore. Running on a Samsung S22 with latest OS.

App is constantly runnig in background. Draining battery. Is there someway to stop. App refresh is off. I also turn off cellular when not in use.

MyTuner does not resume radio play after disconnect and reconnect from android auto. To fix It I have to select MyTuner from app list and start the play... every time... and Is quite annoying

myTuner plays on my smart tv but don't want to play on my Android phone or Windows10 pc. All are connected to the same WiFi

I cannot connect to My Tuner today simply says Connection error but my wifi is fine Ive tried rebooting reloading the app but nothing works

1/11/23. Mytuner will not open on my tv today. Listen to it everyday. My internet connection is fine. It tries to open then goes to connection error thank you for any help. I’m disabled and look forward to listening everyday

My list of favorites is not showing up anymore. I did not delete anything. How do I get them back on a Android phone.

Utilizing my tuner app several local stations in Seattle are not working such as KIRO 97.3; When attempting to launch the app just spins the station never starts broadcasting – this is very frustrating.

Have 2 Roku and each has Roku Soundbar and one has 4 Roku surround speakers primarily for listening to MyTuner stations . Why do they now play for 10.-3o minutes, then quit.? i get Excellent wi-fi signals.

Since two months Android Carplay is not working anymore and also is not working anymore on my Android Head unit. So both cars no MyTuner anymore, very disappointing ☹️

When I open the myTuner Radio app all I get is a black screen that is unresponsive to tap or touch. Phone is iPhone 13 promax.

I really love the layout on this radio app. I liked it so much that yesterday I purchased the full version popup free advertising app c/w its own built-in equalizer. I was so excited about having radio accessible from everywhere around the world that I went out and bought a Bose Soundlink Flex bluetooth speaker so I could crank up the volume. I really enjoy the alarm feature that wakes me up in the morning, and the star selection feature for keeping my favorite stations handy. I'm running Mytuner and the Bose speaker thru my Samsung S7 tablet. Last night I noticed I was having some glitches. My favorite stations started disappearing from my Favorite list. This morning, I wasn't able to turn on my S7 tablet, so that means something crashed on my tablet. I don't know if it was the Bose software that caused the crash or if it was the Mytuner. The advance I'm getting from Samsung and Bose is to reinstall the apps that seem to be faulty. Admittedly, the Bose app was a little glitches to install the speaker wasn't charging until after I did a reinstall on the Bose app, and even the reinstall Bose app was non responsive to updating the latest drivers. I'm concerned that if I do a reinstall on Mytuner, I'll lose my paid for full version. Is that true? I hope that you continue making improvements to your app.

I can no longer change the country setting on the Mytuner app on my LG TV - it's currently set to UK but there seems to be no way to change to another country to find radio stations from other countries. Oddly, I can find podcasts from other countries but still cannot change the country setting. Can you help?

Hello,sometime when I ll liste a radio or a podcast it stop to play After 15 mn or 30mn. Thank by advance to help to find a solution. I m with Android.

I'm unable to stream ClassicFM on my Roku Ultra. It appears to be related to the myTuner/ClassicFM connection, because I am able to stream BBC Radio 3 without dropout. ClassicFM, however plays for a few seconds and then drops out. It plays fine using Global Player on my laptop.

MSNBC showing not available for past week. June 24

Hi, I have just purchased the myTuner Radio Pro app for iMac....but there is no option to cast to a google speaker? The FAQ's say there should be a cast button next to the country flag...but there is nothing there? Also, when I try and log-in to the myTuner radio app on my iPhone it says 'error - the login details or password are incorrect' however I can log into my iMac app with exactly the same account details!!!! I can see a cast button on my iPhone, but I am unable to use the Pro version that I paid for!!! HELP!

MSNBC is not available. Why?

I purchased MyTuner-Radio Pro but I cannot log into it on my iPad. I can log into my account on my Mac iBook, PC and iPhone, but NOT on my iPad. I paid the $9.99 some months ago. So why can't I get logged into the app on my iPad? My login credentials are correct and I don't see why I would need to change my password just because I can't log into the app on my iPad. Ever other device works fine with my account. David

I can no longer get MSNBC

I have just purchased my tuner pro for £8.99 [UK based]. When I try to listen to radio stations not based in the UK I get the following msg:”this station is not available in your location”. I have also purchased the pro version for my Mac book pro and I do NOT have this problem on my laptop. Pls help because I do want to keep this but it’s no use if I can only listen to UK radio stations [lots of free apps allow this]. Thank you
