iXpenseIt Pro is no longer synching between devices as it previously has done. I have paid for an annual service. Please advise. Thank you.
I tried accessing my app today and it kept crashing. I have the pro version. Android has forced me to restart and clear the history. It did not solve the problem and all my data disappeared. Logging in via the app to my registered account also causes it to crash. I don't know what to do with all my lost data ranging from personal accounts from 2011 and business accounts from 2020.
