I have a problem with Webcams

User reports:
No current problems

- Not all cameras work, and some that are supposed to be on are completely black with no view.

- Clicking on a favorite camera sometimes takes the user back to the main network screen instead of the favorites screen.

- The left or right swipe feature could be improved to allow users to navigate through the camera list more easily.

- The app does not work well on Apple TV, with only 2/3 of the thumbnails working and no way to look up or favorite cameras.

- Purchasing extra cameras caused issues for one user, with their iPad becoming unusable and the app not recognizing their purchase.

To resolve Webcams network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Webcams App
1. On android, goto Settings » Webcams » click [Force Stop]

Clear Webcams App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Webcams » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Webcams.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Webcams » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Webcams » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Webcams
