How to fix Socratic app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Socratic app on iPhone
Update Socratic app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Socratic iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Socratic on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Socratic network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Socratic Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Socratic not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Socratic App
1. On android, goto Settings » Socratic » click [Force Stop]

Update Socratic to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Socratic App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Socratic » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Socratic.

Fix Socratic unable to contact server/ Socratic internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Socratic » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Socratic » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Socratic
