ii have a letsfit e22 but cannot set the time
I have the Letsfit app on my android phone. Everything was fine until yesterday (5/30/23). When I try to open the app screen goes black, dialog box pops stating that app is not responding. What has happened and how do we fix it? I need to keep the exercise data that’s on there. Thank you.
Want to change paired Galaxy s8 phone to new Galaxy s20 phone. Galaxy phone worked fine. Downloaded Letsfit onto new phone. Can't see Can't see new phone in Bluetooth list. How can I get Letsfit to reconize the new phone?
Won't register my exercise
My Letsfit watch keeps crashing and the screen goes blank and the word HELLO comes on the screen and all the date of my progress is lost. I’m training for a 10k and I need to keep track of my training but it keeps crashing which is not good and inconvenient. How can this problem be fix
I am participating in a walking challenge -the device has recorded my steps even though there is a lag in counting but the app stopped at 7,006. I actually have logged in 12181 thus far. What can I do to resolve this immediately???
Not working.
Letsfit App won't record my exercise workout. It's recording on my watch. Also even though sleep graph shows wake ups, the number is not recording below for the stats
Sensor not reading my heart rate for the past couple of hours. Have had watch on the whole time.
I loved these until a week ago. Stopped working and so I forgot them from my phone, and NOW they will not enter pairing mode. I have attempted with other devices and since they will not pair mode they are USELESS. They were probably the most comfortable ear buds I have ever used.
I bought device in May, and it completely stopped working at the beginning of July. Honestly, I can't even find it right now, I probably threw it away when I was tidying up because I knew it was dead. Can I get a replacement?

I have a IW1 lite. When I took it off the back kept flashing and now it will not charge and it is completely dead.
Since the app upgrade, connection has been slow, synchronisation often stalls at 99%, and much data has failed to pass from watch to phone app.
