How to fix Currency app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Currency app on iPhone
Update Currency app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Currency iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Currency on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Currency network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Currency Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Currency not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Currency App
1. On android, goto Settings » Currency » click [Force Stop]

Update Currency to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Currency App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Currency » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Currency.

Fix Currency unable to contact server/ Currency internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Currency » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Currency » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
