App won’t get past the intro screen. It flashes to a dog with a play button for 1 sec then back to intro screen. App is useless- please fix asap!!!

Just got the robot dog today, it’s pretty cool but I’m having trouble with the app itself. I cannot get past the loading screen, I get some cheesy message before I get sent back to some sort of title screen.
App doesn’t work
