App doesn’t work on iPad. Won’t ask for permissions so can’t connect to pet. Highly disappointed

Hard to connect to Dog-E, app crash.

Just got the robot dog today, it’s pretty cool but I’m having trouble with DogE itself. I cannot get past the loading screen, I get some cheesy message before I get sent back to some sort of title screen.

App won’t get past the intro screen. It flashes to a dog with a play button for 1 sec then back to intro screen. App is useless- please fix asap!!!

DogE won’t open past the initial home page so we can’t set our dog up with a name.

I can’t delete my dogs

Just installed app yesterday and can’t play games are locked.

I like this it’s easy and to connect to, I don’t like when it keeps changing colors I just want it to stay on the same color

The dogs toy is adorable and DogE makes it even better but I hate how you can’t delete profiles completely like listen I don’t want so many dogs it was a mistake so when I tried delete it it it just got rid of that profile and overwrited it with a new dog so I’m extremely unhappy about that I hope you can update DogE to do that I’m so sorry if I caused you unhappiness or anything but pleaseeeee fix it

I would suggest more games and like updates because there isn’t really much to do to be honest I mean DogE is really cool. The dog is amazing. The dog is super cute but I would really love updates because there isn’t much to do that’s my opinion, but all the games are really fun, I just think there should be more updates for $79.95 isn’t really worth it from my price range but that’s just for me more updates will make it better overall, DogE is easier to do than doing it without DogE .

Some icons do not work

The love icon doesn’t work. I do what it says but it doesn’t work. Neither does potty icon

It connects so easily and it makes it a even better experience play with dog-e and DogE ! But there is one thing turbo pet doesn’t work :( it always says 0 even though I did it right multiple times.

The poop feature doesn't work

I thought that the Dog-E app would crash when I started using DogE , but no I feel great about DogE SO MUCH, I wish there was more games but it’s good.

You have to get DogE if you have one

DogE really adds a lot to the Dog-E toy. I love playing the feeding treats game and the game to heal the dog from being sick. The tricks are super fun. Also the design of DogE is really nice looking.

This dog is super fun plus DogE ! I recommend!

App works great just wish my kids could get it on there Amazon tablet instead of them taking mine or my husband’s phone, other than that I’ve had no issues

First, when I first got the toy, I didn’t know how to feed it. I mean, like I know how to play with it because it comes with a magnet thing, but I didn’t know to feed it like that and stuff at least it came with a paper and it also says download DogE for more ways to you know this is really really great but I’m still trying to see how long it’s going to last I mean like I want it the last longer

I know that this is more about the dog, but I just wanted to say: when the tail is yellow it looks more green. And that annoys me because I feel like my dog is sick all the time. My Dog-E has green paws:( so if you ever are going to fix something on Dog-E you should fix that. Sorry If I annoy you. I am also gonna give a short guide to some people. To feed your cute dog-E out of app you press the nose. To start games you press left ear and use both ears to conduct which game to use. When you chose your game click the nose. (BTW I am also really bad with out app stuff…)

My dogs name is Robo and it was so much fun playing with it You should definitely get DogE .
