How to fix GPTs app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the GPTs app on iPhone
Update GPTs app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall GPTs iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix GPTs on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve GPTs network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent GPTs app issues:

Force Stop the GPTs App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click GPTs app. » click "Force Stop".

Update GPTs to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GPTs App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "GPTs app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch GPTs.

Fix GPTs unable to contact server/ GPTs internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click GPTs » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got GPTs » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch GPTs on android.
