I have bought from Caden Lane several times in the past and I’ve always enjoyed the products I’ve received. HOWEVER, CadenLane is not user-friendly at all. It’s difficult to navigate and additional features that are on the website (like filters) are not an option on CadenLane . I recently placed an order and CadenLane did not select the correct color I selected and my order was incorrect. Here I thought I was doing a service to a company by downloading their app and I was burned in the process instead. The website has several check points that CadenLane does not have. I now will have product I did not even want as customer service said there was nothing they could do. It’s not like this was a spelling mistake. It was a mistake that CadenLane made. Will be deleting CadenLane immediately and unfortunately will not be buying from Caden Lane again.

Literally nothing works on CadenLane.

Having no payment options is a big bummer for me. I’d love to see that option in the near future

Automatically selects for you to receive alerts and texts and does not give you the option to unselect which completely puts me off

Wrong size, wrong print and no pens included.
I ordered 3 pair of the color me dinosaur pajamas for my grandsons for Christmas.
I got 3 Pairs of 4T and 2 pair of the wrong print. In addition there was no coloring pens included. Your website is impossible to navigate for returns and your phone number is impossible.
Please refund my order. Please contact me for a refund.

This was so frustrating. I tried numerous times to change address to where gift was to be delivered. Did t work. Could get in or out of app. Had to start over. Also, same with adding new credit card. Not sure this even went through. I wanted to add a note from me so they know who it is from! Keep working on CadenLane

The clothes are so cute, but CadenLane is very difficult to use. I would buy more clothes if I could get to them.

CadenLane is very frustrating and to make it worse every time I put a pair in cart it would switch to notification to click to order now. Then I stopped for lunch and my order wasn’t in my cart had to start over. When ready to check out tried to add my redeem reward and it took me to cart with only half my items. If I didn’t want so bad I would have canceled the entire attempt

The sheets are so soft! We loved them!

I absolutely love their clothing!! It’s so soft and smooth and my baby is so comfortable in them! He is having a procedure and I am so glad he will be able to wear things he’s comfortable!! It’ll definitely make the process easier!

With their great soft Pj themes , colorful brights and muted pastels for both baby boys / girls , all the up to adults .
And the employees seem to care too .

I absolutely love the material of the knotted gowns and swaddle blankets. I got both for my first born and it’s an absolute must for my second.

I placed a $70 order on 9/28 and received an order number & was “told” I would receive a confirmation email soon. My credit card was immediately charged! I have yet to receive a “ship date” even though I have sent numerous emails asking. I was finally able to find a phone number & was answered by an answering machine telling me to send an email!!!!!!’ Never ever order from them again!!!!!!!
