I just moved and I discovered Birch Lane. It’s all part of the Wayfair family. Love the site, love the products. I’ve called in a few times and customer service is helpful and very friendly. A must shop website. I started shopping so much I ended up getting their credit card.

Birch Lane has style and a great selection. You won’t be disappointed.

Yes you read that right, i have never used BirchLane, even on any other device and when i created a NEW account, it showed me “recently saved” and showed familiar items. Looking into it i found these the same exact items i have saved as favorites on the wayfair app. They are practically the same app and offer the same products. The user interface is okay and the things they offer i can get somewhere else for a cheaper price. I do not trust BirchLane or wayfair anymore.

The this app and affiliates always have what I need and a wide variety of options for almost every category . The prices are always well below my budget ..
thanks especially in such ever changing times for the work the customer reps do, the packers, shippers and delivers do. They are going above and beyond for optional items in all of our lives and I am beyond appreciative.

This is my first time on this website,but I’m hooked!! I found everything I was looking for and at very reasonable prices. I will highly recommend this website !! Go there and see gut yourself, I bet you too will find something

I do not understand the 4.9 rating for an app that doesn’t let you filter by product details like size, color, etc. It’s crazy that you have to look through page after page of dressers (long ands short, tall and skinny, French provincial to modern, and light, dark, and white painted wood) to try to find what you are looking for. You can’t even sort (or filter) by price. No thank you. I will shop elsewhere.

First time using app, had made my choice but kept coming back as to “something went wrong” and would not go thru. Was frustrated so ordered my second choice without not knowing what was wrong with first choice. Second choice went thru with no problem

When you order something here they don’t even have it in stock but pretend they do and keep lying for a mo th that it is coming but never comes then finally tell you. We never had that table in the first place. Just be careful!!! I fell for it. I order 1000 of dollars if way fair no problem. As long as it’s not labels birch lane you should be ok.

Had a lot of difficulty viewing my products and having to sign in and over and over.

I love the Room Ideas section of BirchLane . It helped me figure out how to put all the pieces together in a way that looked great and matched what I saw in the catalog.

Purchased a bed 4 days ago with their Black Friday “sale”. Today the bed is still on sale and an additional 25% off.” ($182). They refuse to price match. So I am reordering the bed, paying $138 to ship the bed that arrived yesterday, so I can still get some sort additional savings. I won’t order from them again, that’s terrible. Black Friday sale pricing should be your best sale price. **update/reply to below** I did contact customer service several times and was told they have a policy not to price match.

This is the best looking white chest I have seen! I hope it lives up to my expectations! I’m decorating a room for my granddaughters and I want it to be very special, this is the perfect size!

This spring, we will be moving into our beautiful new home, in Ontario, Canada. And thanks to Birch Lane, we will have lots of white sparkly solar lights, to festoon all of our trees.
