Inaccurate Count - Can’t correct

Added one tree, but 3 of the same tree are in My Trees and the homepage shows 2 trees planted. No way to make this accurate and no tech help desk or email address. 5 Stars for initiative, but fix Plant so it is accurate and integrous.
