I would never had ordered from this site if I knew that they do not accept customer calls. My order hasn't arrived and no one has responded to my email inquiry. So unfortunate, esp. at Christmas time

Their customer service is nonexistent now. I have an order that is showing as fulfilled but have not received. The DHL tracking info they provided shows it as awaiting receipt of pkg and to report problem to merchant. Sent message to CL on 10/21 - unresponsive. No phone # to call and chat is disabled. Here is my email to CL customer support. Update - DHL website says there are problems and the order shows en route to ecommerce dist ctr in Houston TX on 10/8/24 as LAST UPDATE....I want a reply from customer service this is ridiculous, No customer service # to call. order # 2968722 placed 10/6/24 for the Princess Long Sleeve ruffle nightgown 2T. This shows on website as fulfilled. I have NOT received it. Please contact me. Cell #803-360-3489

I have bought from Caden Lane several times in the past and I’ve always enjoyed the products I’ve received. HOWEVER, the app is not user-friendly at all. It’s difficult to navigate and additional features that are on the website (like filters) are not an option on the app. I recently placed an order and the app did not select the correct color I selected and my order was incorrect. Here I thought I was doing a service to a company by downloading their app and I was burned in the process instead. The website has several check points that the app does not have. I now will have product I did not even want as customer service said there was nothing they could do. It’s not like this was a spelling mistake. It was a mistake that the app made. Will be deleting the app immediately and unfortunately will not be buying from Caden Lane again.
