Where do I start with this garbage account. They have the regular balance and available balance like every other bank and union would have. But with them it’s just for show.

You swipe tap or enter the pin for the card at 99% places the balance fails to update. It literally comes off the balance shows the updated available balance then seconds later the pending transaction disappears and your balance is back to what it was before the transaction took place.
then days later the transaction reappears and comes out the account.

The answer to this major issue from Albertville branch is to keep the receipts and track your balance that way.

The member representative at Gadsden branch was simply I don’t know what’s going on but it happens to everyone.

Absolutely useless do not bother with these idiots they think a name change will solve their problems maybe a working app and system might be a better start huh??

ABSOLUTELY love this! Everything you want or need right at your finger tips plus more. The added features and tools gives me the financial support I need also while keeping up with my update and accurate credit score. What else could you ask for!!

I love this new app ! It has everything I need right at the touch of a button . I also love that you can add an external acct. Saves me time from having to travel to my other bank to make deposits. 😁

The this app app is easy to download and use. I love the main DASHBOARD with all accounts listed. So glad the Visa credit card is listed with my other accounts. Easy to transfer money and pay bills too!

This is a much friendlier app than our old online banking I love that we can pay person-to-person and have one app for both credit cards and accounts.

It’s so fast and efficient. It has so many features. I’ve linked all of my other debit accounts, credit cards, savings accounts, and my car loan and I can monitor all of them from here. It has free credit score monitoring. I haven’t seen what all features are available yet. This is definitely the best banking app I’ve used and I’ve had several online/app only accounts that were just bleh. So for this to just be one of the ways to access your this app accounts they are definitely doing something right.

I downloaded the new app yesterday as soon as it became available and I think I have already tried all but two of the features. Everything is very user friendly and intuitive. I love that you can manage cards without going to a separate app, too. This is exponentially better than the old app. I love seeing the awesome benefits of my nHanced Checking account, and I’m so glad to be able to send money to others now. Job well done this app!

We moved out of Alabama (miss it terribly) and are so thankful for this mobile app! It allows us to do our all of our banking with no problems even though we are several states away! We appreciate ATCU as well as Jared who has helped us tremendously! We are thankful to be able to keep our this app account wherever we are!
