How to fix ShortFlow app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ShortFlow app on iPhone
Update ShortFlow app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ShortFlow iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ShortFlow on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ShortFlow network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ShortFlow Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ShortFlow not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ShortFlow App
1. On android, goto Settings » ShortFlow » click [Force Stop]

Update ShortFlow to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ShortFlow App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ShortFlow » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ShortFlow.

Fix ShortFlow unable to contact server/ ShortFlow internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ShortFlow » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ShortFlow » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ShortFlow
