Trying to view basic information like how much I’ve spent towards my deductible is either broken or simply inaccurate. It is functionally impossible trying to access and explanation of benefits for a claim. Try through BlueCareAdvisor you are already logged into and it opens a web link inside BlueCareAdvisor , needing you to log in again. Then finding the correct page takes effort, before finding the EOB, only to click it and initiate a download that will not work because it is a web link opened inside of BlueCareAdvisor . Try to access this in a web browser and the experience is severely hampered since it is all still designed as if it is an app experience, so interactions hang or don’t work with a mouse, and it will literally cause the browser tab to crash. Just an awful experience all around.

If nothing else, I wish BlueCareAdvisor could at least allow me to view my EOB or at least give me the ability to receive my EOB by US mail or email because I cannot view my EOB through BlueCareAdvisor , pressing on the hyperlink does not work on my iPhone. As of now, I can’t view information that I’m entitled to.

Started a policy and was told to download a different BCBSMN app. Here comes the new year and forces me to BlueCareAdvisor, other one doesn’t work. Couldn’t login for days to find a PCP, then come to find this can even add an insurance card to my wallet.

Over and over, I’m clicking and clicking so I can pay my health care premium. There is no link unless you go through several pages and a redirect . BlueCareAdvisor stinks.

I use my fitbit app to track my sleep and steps and exercise. Sometimes the actual numbers don’t sync up or it takes hours for it to finally sync to show my sleep and step count.

If you enjoy multiple sign in requirements and having to click your way through a maze just to pay your premium, you’ll love this click-happy app.

App is making me download the BCBS MN app instead even though I logged in yesterday with it. I was a couple of days from redeeming a $50 gift card for my fitness goals and I can’t get in now. I was supposed to have access until Dec 31!

I used to use the BlueCrossMN app until they force me to use the BkheCare Advisor app. Now BlueCareAdvisor is worthless because it doesn’t work. It’s been a few months I’m not able to use BlueCareAdvisor. Garbage app and no dev working on it

Why is the dialog box to read anything on BlueCareAdvisor so small? I used to have a full screen and BlueCareAdvisor was easily navigated. Now it is next to impossible. Before pushing out app updates, are you performing sufficient user testing? This is frustrating .. I cannot use BlueCareAdvisor, and I am unable to change any of the settings, most notably biometric log in. please fix BlueCareAdvisor .

Cannot find my providers, and even Customer service was unable to find them on Blue Care Advisor, but when they looked somewhere else, they were able to find that they are indeed in the high value network.

My ID card does not show up. Only my husband’s card shows up on my account when I click on my name/your insurance and claims/insurance. He is not the main insured. I am.

I logged tickets, but they just close them with no resolution.

The points earned apparently all expire at the end of the year, but nowhere in BlueCareAdvisor does it say this. It only says “complete by Dec 31” in the point balance review page. “Complete by” gives no indication that these points are use-it-or-lose-it points that will expire. Super frustrating as I had nearly $100 worth of points that are now all gone. Unfortunately it seems to be typical with this company use fine-print “gotcha” clauses to their advantage.

I receive an e-mail telling me my invoice is ready to view and click the link. The link brings me to a login screen where I login. I’m then directed to this site that I am unable to locate any information on my invoice to pay my premium and no information on how to get to the right place. If this is where I’m supposed to go (according to their e-mail) to see my invoice and pay my premium, why can’t I fo it? This is confusing and extremely frustrating.

Not able to see actual charges or Explanation of Benefits. Can’t figure out where to go to get that, going to the website forces me to BlueCareAdvisor . Like the simplicity but I’m entitled to see more info than this on my claims.

I think BlueCareAdvisor is very helpful when searching for network provider care and creating healthy habits. Tracking for daily activities is quite a chore though. I understand being held accountable however i have had BlueCareAdvisor and my Garmin/Garmin Connect app all 2023 and for whatever reason my activities and steps do not synchronize. I have to manually add them on the daily and by the end of the day i either forget or already having a date with Mr Sandman. Please fix this hiccup

I didn’t run app for few months and it didn’t sync data from health app. Now it syncs only last 30 days. As result couple months are not tracked and I can’t receive rewards for it. Can you fix it to fetch data from last sync date? Or add option to select sync dates?

And there is no way to get support for app. Phone number is regular insurance number, there is no option related to BlueCareAdvisor and operator transfers you to BCBS HR department
