I am able to login on the website with no problem but on PointClickCarePointofCare it says I need to reset my password. I did get my password rest but the only place I have an issue logging into is the mobile app.

For the last four weeks, every single order signing gets a pop up to review PointClickCarePointofCare except you can not sent it due to wrong URL address. You can’t skip it and so every single order you sign, you have to hit no button for the requested review. Very annoying and since it’s been weeks, it means the developer are not following up on it!! Please fix it!!!

PointClickCarePointofCare is very useful and simple to use; however I see a need to fix a potential problem with the incontinence BM section of PointClickCarePointofCare . You cannot document the consistency of said incontinent BM, but you can for if the resident is continent. Please find a way to correct this issue so proper documentation can be done. Thanks.

Works pretty decent but a bug in the fluid intake sometimes won't let you select it for keyboard to pop up, I would have to exit the fluid intake section then I would have to select it again for it to work

Everytime I try to log in it says my location is invalid. Please fix this as I would love to chart on my phone or iPad at work. Thank you.
It never seems to fail that this system random glitches as well as shut downs of which inhibit pertinent patient care! This is not the first time nor im sure the last and remember dealing with these issues myself covering a facility of high acuity and patients requesting medication and or a pertinent medication that may be required for emergent symptom. This is a very unsafe practice of PCC. The solution from PCC is to print patient MAR/TAR, ok fine. However, many patient's orders change on daily basis and therefore , again inhibits patient, safe care. Of which the system offered to most medical facilities , there should be a more efficient plan in place That PCC should address.
