I donated 2 dollar in order to have notifications on the app and even though I restarted it after the payment I still can get notifications it wants me to pay again

Close and restart the VShop app on iPhone
Update VShop app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall VShop iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve VShop network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent VShop app issues:

Force Stop the VShop App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click VShop app. » click "Force Stop".

Update VShop to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear VShop App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "VShop app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch VShop.

Fix VShop unable to contact server/ VShop internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click VShop » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got VShop » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch VShop on android.
