im using mac and when i try to connect to a vpn(which works just fine on my phone) it disconnects after 4s of connected status. how should i keep the connection on?

How to fix Fair VPN app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Fair VPN app on iPhone
Update Fair VPN app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Fair VPN iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Fair VPN on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Fair VPN network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fair VPN Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Fair VPN not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Fair VPN App
1. On android, goto Settings » Fair VPN » click [Force Stop]

Update Fair VPN to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Fair VPN App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Fair VPN » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Fair VPN.

Fix Fair VPN unable to contact server/ Fair VPN internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Fair VPN » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Fair VPN » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Fair VPN
