I can't get daily bonuses for almost a month now. And now I can't even top up. It gives me a 404 error message

I do enjoy the app but recently it has been having some issues like the reward reporting error and couldn’t navigate to claim various and recent rewards. Couldn’t even top up.

How to fix Stolybook app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Stolybook app on iPhone
Update Stolybook app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Stolybook iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Stolybook on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Stolybook network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Stolybook Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Stolybook not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Stolybook App
1. On android, goto Settings » Stolybook » click [Force Stop]

Update Stolybook to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Stolybook App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Stolybook » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Stolybook.

Fix Stolybook unable to contact server/ Stolybook internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Stolybook » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Stolybook » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Stolybook
