The new app is garbage!!
After receiving an email from Redwood credit Union, suggesting I switched to the new app I did. It was worst mobile banking nightmare I have experienced so far.I was not able to login with my original credentials, and when I tried to change my password, it would not let me do it not once, but twice I finally called up the institution to help me reset the whole process.I tried it, and it worked while she was on the phone but later in the evening when I try to sign on again, I had the same issues I plan on going back to the original app until they can fix this problem. And they will be expect a visit to the branch in the very near future 😡

So confusing
I don’t even get how to pay my car off! I just wanted to put some money down and nothing even went through I gave it a few minutes but nothing. Just trying to pay my bills thank you

I personally do not like this new version and wish it wasnt mandatory. Its got a very generic looking layout and just looks all bunched together. The other app was simple and easy to navigate.
