Deducting money in my account without my consent

Hello m, I have sent you guys series of mails without any reply. I have been using your platform to send money without stress, but lately I started noticing in my bank account that funds were being reverted ( though it’s won’t tell me where the money was reverted from all my bank say is your payment of ***£ has been reverted because the merchant has failed to accept the funds within 5business days)

Fast forward to yesterday 29th November 2022) I realized that my money was deducted without doing any transaction, I wrote my bank and they replied immediately, they dug dip and realized it was from you(send.) the bank make me to understand that the reverted funds were from you and also the amount you took offline was in triple fold. They have furnished me with every details. I have written you countless times yet no reply. I believe here will be the best place to get your attention. Kindly reach out to me so we can get this clarified once and for all thanks

Fantastic App

I live in the US and it was incredibly tedious to send money back home to Nigeria till I downloaded SendAppPrevSend. It took few minutes to download and it takes a shorter timeframe to do transactions, it’s instant and I receive the money in my Naira account almost immediately! The exchange rate is also always fair and transactions cost a $1.

I can’t gush enough about SendAppPrevSend. Everyone I have introduced to it loves it!

Impressive experience and fast delivery

I just initiated my first transfer to Ghana and it failed a few times because of my bank but I was able to use a bank that worked! Overall I was impressed by the user experience and how fast the money got delivered to the Ghanaian bank account. Great job!

Great rate, fast service!

Started using SendAppPrevSend a while ago, their rate is great, charge is extremely low and fast service. Forced to drop this comment cos those bad reviews obviously looks fake, judging by the weird usernames. I’ve emailed them a couple of time when I needed help and they always respond within a day.

Forcing me to reverify even after completing verification

SendAppPrevSend keeps referring me back to the verification page even after I have completed the verification. When I click on the link in the email, I am told verification already completed. The cycle is very annoying and I am unable to do anything on SendAppPrevSend because of this!

SendAppPrevSend was great when they had the cash app option but once they took that off , the debit cards all decline . I have tried different banks for us in the USA . I don’t get why they messed it up by removing the cash app option . It worked like a charm

App bug ….unable too access account after payment sent

SendAppPrevSend keeps taking you back either from app or where….as soon as they notice you’ve made a transaction you won’t be able to access your account not even to track you transactions..no customers service response…you need to work on that I’m a new customer and trying to test your app what a bad start😞

I have been trying to log into my account but it says “invalid token”. I have deleted and reinstalled SendAppPrevSend , it is still saying the same thing. My email is correct. What’s going on?

Bad update

It no longer has the option of sending money from Nigeria to the United States which was a very helpful feature. Please put it back as that’s the only issue I have with SendAppPrevSend . It’s fast and efficient but that is a big problem.

This app is terrible, would not recommend it

I sent money using SendAppPrevSend like small account immediately I sent a big amount, SendAppPrevSend started to crash and the payment have been processing for a week and they customer service is none existent. I had to dispute the charges with my bank. Never using SendAppPrevSend again

Stay clear

This is a terrible app, I believe a financial app should be built and managed properly, but SendAppPrevSend is on another level! It's either you can't log in or the transaction failed and when the transaction fails, believe me, your account is being debited multiple times. Already you have the hope that the transaction didn't go through after few days you would see the alert coming in that transaction was successful ! Customer care is a reck! Stay clear! I wonder with all the funding how can you call this an app or a disaster waiting to be spotted by consumer protection

Issues with my transaction

I got your approval online to begin transactions of sending money to my loved ones, I did in the evening of 9th December2023, Saturday, my bank account has been debited of the said amount I sent to my sister in this transaction, I have not yet heard from Send App, my sister has not received the funds. Hi. I wonder why my funds is been held for over 72 hours, customer care reads the message and does not respond, no opportunity to speak to an actual person. My experience has been poor and my funds has not been deposited or returned. After 3 days!!!

I was tricked by someone on Twitter to download and write a positive review for SendAppPrevSend. I was told Flutterwave is paying for reviews. Guess what? I never got the money! They found me at a desperate time and convinced me to do what they asked. I should have known better. Don’t fall for this!!!!

FRAUD NIGERIANS

My some means these scammers stole my debit card number and tried to use it for $250 transfer. Thankfully the bank caught the fraud and denied it but clearly this is a shady app. My Chase debit card was never stolen and was never outside of my possession ever. When I contacted their support they claim they have no way to handle it since I don't have an account with them. This is a joke and very shady. I've also never ever had an account with them and never even heard of them until I got a fraud alert. Utter scammers here-- BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE SendAppPrevSend AT ALL COSTS.

Terrible to do business with

Near impossible to get a response from customer service, but I bet after they read this, they’ll reach out and want to do all sorts of things to help improve to a better star rating that ain’t gonna happen in this lifetime. Do yourself a favor look elsewhere.

We currently don’t accept customers from your region

I have been using SendAppPrevSend for a while, with occasional glitches. But recently, I started getting a message that reads, “ We currently don’t accept customers from your state or region “. I contacted the customer service. I was told to provide my bank statement, utility bills, and to hold my drivers license and take a selfie. I suggest you guys fix your app and provide a professional training for your customer service team.

Horrible App

Don’t let SendAppPrevSend full you in to believing its smooth sailing. SendAppPrevSend doesn’t work half the time, continuously says I can’t send money because I’m in the wrong state but I’m in Pennsylvania. I’ve sent money successfully less than a handful times with dozens of attempts. Randomly decides not to work. Customer service is horrendous, can’t give a clear explanation why app fails. They want personal information from you, and after you give it they say it will work and it doesn’t. I think it’s a scam to get personal information and I’m reporting SendAppPrevSend for false advertising and under suspicion of defrauding the public.

Account hacked

Somebody hacked my account and I had to email customer support explaining this information and they asked me to fill out a form on a website fine page one was okay and page 2 asked for South African information which I don’t have. After this review I even looked online on how to close/delete the account to no luck.

Scam app

I almost got tricked into using SendAppPrevSend by a scammer and then, when I went to delete this account there is no option for that. Contacted customer service and they have to escalate the issue. I don't trust any app you can’t delete your information and account on your own and that won’t delete your account for you upon asking. Why does this have to be escalated? Delete my account.

USER BEWARE!!!

SendAppPrevSend doesn’t belong on SendAppPrevSend Store!

I have so many issues with how this platform operates! SendAppPrevSend is very buggy and customer support is a nightmare!

To begin with, the entire process of using SendAppPrevSend has been quite cumbersome. Every transaction requires me to enter my card information and every time I have tried to save this information for future use, SendAppPrevSend doesn’t present me with the option to do so.

Secondly, I find it very shady that SendAppPrevSend does actually save my card info on file on the back end of things but I don’t see that info in my profile from SendAppPrevSend . And when I called customer support asking about this, they indeed confirmed that my card was saved on file.

Now onto the biggest gripe of all, when I requested for the saved card to be deleted I was told I would have to “verify” my identity by taking a selfie with my means of identification!!! What kind of verification process is this? I mean, it is 2024, why is this process so backwards?!

I shouldn’t have to jump through these hoops to get just a simple request as deleting my card information done.

User beware before downloading SendAppPrevSend and using their services!!!

User interface

SendAppPrevSend need a lot of work to be done. It’s not user friendly at all. I don’t see reason why I have to first go through my email before I can use an app on phone, I downloaded SendAppPrevSend , I set it up. I can’t even save my payment card on it for future use.

I was trying to make a transfer and then y’all tell me my profile is restricted, ok fine I agree so why deducting money off my card while your system says the transaction is not successful and it doesn’t shows on the transaction history, so is this a bunch of scam now or what because this not fair at all

Hacked!

SendAppPrevSend was pretty good until it got hacked. The last two times I tried to use SendAppPrevSend, my debit card attached to SendAppPrevSend got hacked and someone started making charges. Please beware!

Again, SendAppPrevSend provided really good exchange rates for international transfers and was fairly good to use but will not be using anymore.
