How can i send money since 4 days now the transfer failed yet they hold on to my money, I have sent several emails no response all till now,
My sister is in the hospital everything is just complicated yet there is no telephone number to call no good customer care. If anything happened to my sister I ll sue this company for serious damages .

Why would anybody rate this great company 1 star… If u living abroad and have a family in Africa u will know this company is a blessing to us.. The charge 1 euro and. Basically pay directly to the receiver account, hassle free.. From all of us are a blessing to I say thank you.

This app is just a useless app u send money it will failed and they will deduct the money from it account yet no response no good customer care no phone number to call very rubbish app I regret using it again please return my money because I want to send that money for important something

I've experienced very poor customer service. I made a transfer four days ago, but I still haven't received the money in my bank account. Even though the transaction is showing as pending, the customer service representative told me to contact my bank, and they claimed the case is closed. I also sent them a screenshot of the bank debit, but I'm yet to receive a response.
But how can you close a ticket when the transaction is still showing pending in your system, and I haven’t gotten my money

I would rate this app with less than a star. The only positive thing is the set up. None of my transfers ever went through and the costumer service is horrendous. Over 10 transactions and all of them failed. To me, this app is a failure. Embarrassing
