I have a problem with Zoro TV

User reports:
No current problems

- The app is not user-friendly as it is difficult to find the episodes.

- The Google search function does not work on some phones.

- The anime on the app is just a trailer for it or something, which is disappointing.

- Users cannot sign into their account, and all the shows they put in would not be transferred to the app.

To resolve Zoro TV network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Zoro TV App
1. On android, goto Settings » Zoro TV » click [Force Stop]

Clear Zoro TV App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Zoro TV » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Zoro TV.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Zoro TV » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Zoro TV » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Zoro TV
