8 months agoI see your company has a history of scamming people to buy a subscription for one month, then they are charged $119.00 to their credit card. Unless I receive a call or email, stating that a credit will be issued, I will be forced to file a consumer protection complaint, with FTC, BBB, and any other entity I am able to contact about your company's practices. You have a pattern of giving consumers the option to purchase a subscription for a month, then you charge them an annual fee. You are taking advantage of students and people who are on a fixed income. I look forward to hearing from your company soon. doimajors22@redacted thank you

8 months agoI signed up for the monthly subscription of $9.95 to help me with my current college course, but after checking my bank account this morning I was charged $119.88. Which is for an entire year. I am a college student who was not planning on that amount of money coming out all at once. I have emailed the email that can be found under the 'contact us' tab but have still heard nothing. This is my last try to get ahold of this company or I will pursue legal action.

Poor customer service/ feels like a scam!
I paid for a premium package and it was great until recently. My yearly premium subscription was downgraded to the free subscription. They have no live representation making it hard to resolve this issue. Additionally I followed the instructions listed on their help center. It clear that this is a common problem and many people have experienced this. I paid for this package and can’t even access it. What a WASTE of money it feels like a scam! I wish someone could assist with this matter!!!

Worse customer service, messaged them last week they don’t reply. I paid the monthly subscription which is higher than other tools but decided to get Wordtune due to the mobile app. Been having issue with the mobile app

This is a great app but my phone battery drain using ios 16 so I downgraded my ios but it won’t work below ios 16. Please make this app run above ios 13 many users don’t update thier IOS
