Wordtune is not working on my computer this morning. I tried all the basic troubleshooting by logging out and logging back in. Deleted the extension on my Chrome, and cleared my cookies and cache. I even end up restarting my computer and it's not working. It continue giving me error something went wrong.

How to fix Wordtune app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Wordtune app on iPhone
Update Wordtune app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Wordtune iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Wordtune on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Wordtune network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Wordtune Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Wordtune not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Wordtune App
1. On android, goto Settings » Wordtune » click [Force Stop]

Update Wordtune to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Wordtune App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Wordtune » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Wordtune.

Fix Wordtune unable to contact server/ Wordtune internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Wordtune » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Wordtune » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
