I paid for a premium package and it was great until recently. My yearly premium subscription was downgraded to the free subscription. They have no live representation making it hard to resolve this issue. Additionally I followed the instructions listed on their help center. It clear that this is a common problem and many people have experienced this. I paid for this package and can’t even access it. What a WASTE of money it feels like a scam! I wish someone could assist with this matter!!!

Worse customer service, messaged them last week they don’t reply. I paid the monthly subscription which is higher than other tools but decided to get this app due to the mobile app. Been having issue with the mobile app

I loved Wordtune in the past I had no problems using before September!!! I paid my monthly subscription but these last 2 months it is giving me messages the that I reached my daily limit I am so disappointed I have written customer service service several time to help resolve but no one responds to my messages

I’ve been using this app now for about a year. At first I loved it. It helped me to streamline my writing—emails, class content, etc. But I noticed it is also very glitchy. Sometimes it has a mind of its own and will not save the work created in it—especially if you close your laptop, or put your desktop to sleep, and ipad pro too looses content created if the screen turns off while closing it up in a case. I use chrome browser as suggested—does not make a difference. I’m looking for a beter program that is more reliable. It is beyond frustrating to spend over three hours crafting material for it ALL to be lost when needing to access it. So frustrating!!!

This is a great app but my phone battery drain using ios 16 so I downgraded my ios but it won’t work below ios 16. Please make Wordtune run above ios 13 many users don’t update thier IOS

Very disappointed. It lost what I typed multiple times. I finally typed a simple test emails that was typical and not very difficult but it added no value and changed the meaning.

Wordtune needs lots of work.

I cannot login to my account for more than a month. I Tired everything that they say on their website but nothing happened.even they did not send me the instructions via email for resetting my password. What a Waste of money.

I spent hours trying to figure out what was going on with my account when I contacted customer service it's says. "I should receive response within three days" that sounds horrible doesn't it

I'm getting the following error message when I try to use the email "your email @gmail.com" to log in:
"We're sorry, but we're having trouble with our service. Please contact our customer support if this issue persists."

When I went to use it, they wouldn’t let me go any further without going to settings, hitting keyboard AND clicking to allow full access. That means that they would have access to not only everything I type from now on. BUT, to all past keyboard happenings… such as all of my bank info and all of my passcodes. Seems sketchy. I can’t trust a company that much!!!

Overall, I initially liked Wordtune. It was convenient for quickly generating well-written texts, and it had some nice features. However, it’s hard to justify the cost, especially now that the keyboard feature I enjoyed is no longer available. As a result, I stopped using it and eventually uninstalled it.

While Wordtune is solid and works well for what it offers, it doesn’t stand out enough given the current landscape of AI tools available. It’s not as convenient as it could be, only slightly more so than other options. For a lower price—like around a dollar a month—the keyboard-based features alone might make it worth keeping. But unless they offer something like that, I don’t see myself returning to it.

In comparison, it also lacks the level of customization you get with other GPT options. So while it’s a good app in many ways, the current pricing and feature set just don’t make it a competitive choice.

I love this app but sometimes it doesn’t catch grammar mistakes. It uses a lot of passive language which isn’t recommended in the writing world but still has great suggestions. The unlimited is too expensive so if they can cheaper the prices especially since it has gramma and mechanical errors that would be good. It has the potential to outperform grammarly if they add type of voice, let us choose goals, tips to improve our writing, if something is wrong it should explain why it’s wrong and how we can improve our choice of words, etc. If they apply at least some of my suggestions I would come back to rate 5 stars and edit my review on their updated software.

The only thing I don't like about Wordtune is that I can't type in my native language and it always auto corrects and can't be changed in the settings because they need full access and it has a fee that's the downside.

It’s understandable you want to profit off Wordtune , but in the long run you’ll lose users.

why make us pay for things you used to offer for free and the limits aren’t enough in my opinion.

this is why apps like quizlet are running down because everyone wants money instead of truly caring for the customers.

I’ve been using free and it’s wonderful via website so I purchased the one year plan today and the money was withdrawn from my bank account yet my account still presents as free and everytime I try to contact them via help center bot or trying to do what’s recommended via help center page everything remains the same 🤦🏽‍♀️. I’m tired!

I think Wordtune worked incredibly well, but unfortunately it made my phone freeze up a lot when I went to my message app. So unfortunately I had to undownload

I love the program, which saved me hours of writing, but why do I have to keep logging in every time I use Wordtune? This is why I gave you four stars instead of five stars!

For some reason your app randomly makes words capital like The and Great and other certain key words The and Great arent always going to be capital and it shouldn't autocorrect them to be also I believe not 100% sure but it makes The space button not work as frequently please fix these problems app is Great without them also i kept The words capital to show you The problem. Thank you

Wordtune is wonderful for writing essays and correcting sentence formations. However, when I use the write or rewrite tool (not sure what it’s called) it won’t let me rewrite the text. For example, when I try to edit the paragraph I put in, I will start to type then it will start making me type at the end of the paragraph. Otherwise, Wordtune is great besides having to pay after your daily limit.

I write something average this app tweaks it so I sound like a professional 5 1/2 stars if I could give it

I've been a paying customer of this app for a year, and I can honestly say it's one of my best investments. The software is straightforward and packed with features that make it an excellent tool for writers. Customer service is fantastic, and they're always quick to respond. My writing quality has improved since I started using this app, and I'd recommend it to anyone.

I previously used this application on my computer, and now I am delighted that there is a mobile version available.

All else aside, Wordtune is great, but it logs you out on a daily basis, which is really annoying, I have Grammarly and it doesn’t do that. Please fix

All thought Wordtune may have its ups and downs I will say it’s the best app I have ever downloaded I mean it Wordtune has help me not only improve my essay but I went from getting a f in English to a c to a b to an A love Wordtune you should download it👍(please excuse my grammar and grammatical errors)

I personally think this is a great app in all. It can rewrite your writing into something way better. My personal opinion, Wordtune is perfect for your keyboard because it can turn any writing into something more ACCEPTABLE! So I recommend Wordtune to anybody who is struggling on what to and how to write correctly.

I love this app it has help me write emails, papers and much more. I was using Grammarly and decided to cancel subscription because this app is better. Thanks 🙏🏽🌹

I was looking and using several companion apps but I quickly left because they were too expensive and/or overly complicated for me. I was just about to give up until I discovered this app. Initially, I was hesitant, but it blew me away! It quickly became an everyday use of mine and almost an essential part of my day. Being someone who doesn't have much luck writing sentences, it's a life saver.

Of course Wordtune it’s perfect but I’m pleasantly impressed how much it has improved! The new “spice” tune was defiantly a feature I did not know I needed!

Thank you for creating such an amazing app, and I hope to stay around to see it grow!

I’ve used this app since whenever they launched on Product Hunt 2 to 3 years ago. It’s been a stellar and I pay for the annual sub. I started using the keyboard tool when it came out a few months I really like it. It’s not perfect but they’ve made a lot of improvements and they keep iterating so I’m pretty satisfied with it. this app team: if you read this, please add the ability to to re-edit paragraphs in Wordtune.

Not only does it help check for grammar errors also gives you different options to word your sentence to sound more formal! love Wordtune!

Originally, when I started using this app, I hoped it would be available on an app, keyboard, and website in the same way Grammarly is available on an app, keyboard, and website. I prefer this app over other products becaWordtune developers did an outstanding job implementing a useful product. great work to the developers at this app this is amazing.

I highly recommend Wordtune! It is user-friendly and has a great digital interface. Wordtune has a variety of features.
It has greatly improved my productivity, and I can easily access my information on the go. Overall, a fantastic app that I would definitely recommend!

Update: Customer service came through resolved all issues and then some! I’m happy again and able to use my beloved program ha!!🤣👍

I’ve been using this program for awhile and love it! However, recently, I’ve been having issues logging in and I’m assuming I’m dealing with Bots which is not working?! I’ve been trying to get ahold of a live person for the last week unsuccessfully? I can’t login resetting my password? I’ve done all steps advised via the bots but to no avail? I wish they had live customer service help and a phone number to call for issues that are not solvable through bot prompts?! Not sure how to proceed? It’s going on two weeks that I’m not able to get into my payed premium account!

This company is nonfunctional—dishonest, cancelled, and they still bill me. You can't reach a human. Looking at legal actions against them. Need to be shut down.
