I downloaded DIME hoping that it would solve my inability to use my rewards points, but it still has the same problems as the website. I’ll order from them when I am able to use rewards without any trouble or needing to contact customer service.

I emailed customer service a few days ago and still haven’t heard back. Applying reward points a web browser AND app is NOT a simple task. I still am having a hard time figuring out how to apply it. The instructions given on the FAQ are not working. So I am earning all the points but not able to use them. Very disappointing. Love their products but wish it was an easier process checking out. Oh and why am I offer free samples to choose from on their browser website but not their app??

I have really enjoyed using these products!! My skin is definitely sensitive and most products work with my skin! I have issues with sensitivity to the tinted sunscreen ( skin gets irritated) and the vitamin c serum! So I use on an on and off schedule! Otherwise I’m hoping and feeling like these products are helping my skin look younger!

DIME on the other hand needs some attention! It doesn’t recognize me when I go to checkout and some products have options to switch the scents for example but no where to click on what you want!! A little difficult to navigate!

I have been using this app products for a few years now & absolutely love the noticeable difference in the appearance of my mature skin! Products definitely deserve 5 stars, however the difficulties I have experienced with DIME are extremely frustrating, hence my 4 star review! I previously tried to set up auto renewals for some of my products & it was a disaster. They were coming way too frequently & although I was told by customer service that I could make changes on DIME , unfortunately that is not the case. DIME told me I had no auto renewals.
Because I’ve been a loyal customer over the years, I also frequently earn rewards, which is an awesome benefit to buying this app products. The downside is that there is nowhere to apply the rewards I have earned when checking out in DIME . Again, extremely frustrating when spending money consistently on their products. Why bother telling customers they have earned a credit when it can’t be used/applied? I’ve reached out for support & always receive a timely response, however the problems in DIME have never been fixed. Hopeful these issues can be resolved as it is a bit of a turn off when considering future purchases.

I love this app , there products are amazing . My skin has been improving (rosacea). I have a RX but has not done the work like this app has done for my skin!!! So happy I gave it shot !! I’ll never be without oh & the tinted Wonderscreen is beautiful ♥️♥️♥️
Now DIME is strange , can’t figure out how to get my points for downloading DIME Twitter , and liking Facebook. Otherwise all good & there products are whats matter anyway (even though I would like the points ).

I had the WORST hormonal acne!! It looked like my face was rotting off. I used strictly this app products for about 6 weeks and it has 100% cleared up! I had been dealing with it for 2-3 years and nothing worked. I only wish I had before and after pictures to show. I am so grateful!!

I have loved all of the products so far purchased. The Works is my favorite. I just ordered the travel set for summer vacation. My new item is the wonder screen. I’m already loving it.

I absolutely love all the this app Products. Products are hydrating and don not make my skin feel dry and itchy. I’ve had to upgrade my carry case for my products because the tan one was too small and the strap broke only have a few months of using it. I love their 7 Summers perfume too. I get so many compliments when I where. You will not go wrong trying this app.

I’ve been using this app products for about 3 years and have been loving it! It’s done wonders for my acne prone skin. I used to get deep,cystic acne spots around that time of the month and haven’t since using this app! My favorite products are the toner and hyalauronic serum! The toner makes my skin feel super clean and the serum is great for winter months when my skin tends to be drier. Forever a fan!!

I’ve been using this app products for awhile now and I love them! But I wanted to take a moment to let people know that the customer service is exceptional as well. I recently had an order delivered with the box opened and products removed. The post office delivered the package anyway, with a sticker that said “delivered without contents.”
Never had this happen before, but I sent an email to customer service with photos and they promptly emailed me back saying they were sorry that happened and put another order in for me, even though I don’t believe it was their fault at all. I think the products were probably stolen. If you’re on the fence about trying this app, don’t be. The products are fantastic and even more, their customer service is excellent!

While on a business trip in Nashville TN my friend/colleague smelled absolutely amazing. She showed me that she was wearing Dans Les Bois perfume. I sprayed once on my wrist. It was light, airy, fresh, warm, and truly the words I used were “I feel and smell rich” 😌.

I asked 3 questions, is it cruelty free? Is it vegan? And do they only use clean ingredients? She said YES to all 3 questions and I knew Immediately this app would be my new go to clean beauty company.

I have used almost everything on the market from the very cheap to the most expensive and suffered with cystic acne, my whole adult hood. Since trying this app products, my skin is so happy! Very few breakouts and if I do break out, they are very small and only last for a short time. These products are so clean and effective. I’m so grateful that I found them!

I tried this app in November and then thought I would give the 3 step Proven brand a whirl. It has made my skin feel dry and scaley and I had to toss. this app is where it’s at. I have been using this app now for a year and love their products so much! I love the clean ingredients and how they feel on my skin. The oils all absorb so nicely into the skin no greasy feeling no matter how much I use. I absolutely am obsessed with their dewy day cream and night cream moisturizers!! They are so creamy and light and just feel so good on my face. My skin looks radiant and glowy after I wash and put everything on.

I have waited over 2 months of using Dine products to write a review. So easy to use!

I decided to give this app a try in 2022 after having some breakout issues with my skin. I ordered The Works Bundle and after just a few days could tell such a difference in my skin. The redness was gone and my pores had reduced. I also love the way my skin feels when going to bed and waking up in the morning as I can tell it is hydrated and supple. Since I loved my first order so much, I’ve also tried The TLC Bundle, The Complete Bundle, and am currently using the Deluxe Anti-Aging Bundle in combination with the Super Firm Serum, TBT cream, and Eyelash Boost Serum. I would highly recommend any of these options!

I was using R&F since 2018. Expensive yes, but I wanted good results. When I started experiencing redness across the bridge of my nose from constant use of masks at work (I’m a surgical nurse) nothing was working. Seen drs for this and truly did not want to use steroidal creams on my face. That’s when I learned about this app! Can’t say enough good things! After one week using the whole line of facial products, the redness and bumps were gone!
