I did some research after seeing how cheap shoes were compared to other sites. Better business bureau says they are fake shoes.

I ordered these shoes on 12 December and they haven’t moved at all. Emailed twice with no reply.. there is no number to call.
I want a full refund.

14 days later and still don’t got my shoes can’t even get in contact with them I’m checking the reviews and so many people complaining about the samething 🤦🏽 what kind of scam yall running

Do not buy here they policy’s is a lie they stated it take 7 to 10 days to ship which is ridiculous long time already to ship one shoes that charge $35 for shipment which is crazy but never shipped my item I had to cancel whole purchase. Smh never again I will buy from KICKSCREW

Ordered shoes as a birthday present 16 days ago. Spent $172 and inquired where they were and received a generic email saying things can take 5-10 days. It’s been 16 days still waiting. Will remove this rating and review if they get me what I ordered and paid for. If it is still here, the shoes never came.

I ordered shoes from them two weeks ago and they never sent the order out and when i requested a refund they took 25% off the orginal total i spent because of they’re policy. I lost money and wasted time on KICKSCREW. Be smart and stay away from this scam app.

I order size 9.5 and they sent email confirmation says size 7.5 I emailed them back and told them that’s not the size I ordered and requested to change but they are not responding and proceeding to ship the 7.5 . Never use them again

This place charges you for your order even when they cancel it and takes a while to refund you. I had to call my bank about it. Don’t buy from them

I recently had a truly disappointing experience shopping with this app. Despite their claims of quality checks on all sneakers, my order arrived with glaring oxidation issues, making me question if they actually inspect their products at all. What's worse is the exorbitant price point for such subpar quality. When I contacted customer service, their response was equally underwhelming; instead of offering a replacement, they only provided a measly $15 discount. Not to mention, they expect a 15% restocking fee, yet won't even offer a similar discount for their own mistakes. If you're considering shopping with this app, I strongly advise against it. Buyer beware!

I ordered shoes from here over 2 weeks ago and still haven’t shipped yet. Order just pending??? Sent 2 emails and waited the recommended time but still no response! Let my lesson learning experience be yours and do not waste your time or energy ordering from KICKSCREW or site! Scam!! Next step is disputing it with my bank to get my money back!

I ordered some shoes and they never came in I tried to track them and I couldn’t it’s like I gave them free money and can’t get my money back because when you can’t act them they don’t respond I don’t recommend KICKSCREW it is a wast of hard earned money and time

I ordered shoes 5 days ago. A couple days afterwards they raised the price an additional $70 for my size. Today they send me an email saying they’re cancelling for a lack of stock even though they’re still available (at nearly double the higher price. I know this because I was going to order another repair if the price went down. Instead they lie to me and lose a future customer). This is how you lose customers when you cancel orders and then try to gouge them. These aren’t not fancy shoes (I originally got them directly at Puma for $25). Their customer service takes foreverrrr to respond which is nuts for a company up charging products at such high prices.

Don’t ever buy from this site!! It may not be a scam I don’t know but it takes forever to get here. 35 dollar shipping and it took me 3 weeks to realize it’s not coming. I sent an email and they never reply. I got a soccer shoe btw. If everything is sold out on other websites jus wait and don’t buy from this!!!

I ordered a pair of sneakers and they are too small. Reached out to them immediately after receiving the shoes and didn’t get any response. Also please note before shopping here there is a 25% fee for returning shoes and you are responsible for the shipping cost. Ordered a 6 1/2 that fit like a size 5. This definitely not cool. I’m paying to send back shoes that are not measuring the correct size. All I wear is Jordans there is something definitely wrong with the sizing of these shoes. Makes me think these are perfectly made authenticate shoes being sold that with a defect in the sizing. Order 2 sizes up if you fear order. I usually only shop at the goat this was first experience with this company and will be my last.

I was looking in KICKSCREW for some shoes I could wear in the winter and they wouldn’t get ruined. The only thing that got ruined that day was my mood, why is it that a 10 is $88 and for an 11 (my size) it’s $138? It doesn’t make sense to me at all, I figured maybe it was just the one pair but nope I looked at some basketball shoes for lifting and there was a pair of lebrons for $75 in a 10.5 and $168 in a size 11 (again my size). I think that the big foot community needs some love and KICKSCREW genuinely doesn’t have that love. I just don’t think it’s fair either.

The shoes here sell for a very low price and I’m thinking about buying some but how is it so low and I’m very unsure about KICKSCREW

We ordered the shoes on November 26th thinking they would arrive in the usual 7-10 business days as advertised. Christmas came around and we still didn’t have the shoes so were starting to get worried. We messaged kicks crew multiple times and they basically had the same general response stating they were doing their best with high production volumes. We’re so happy we stuck it out. The shoes came in on January 18th, so almost two months after we ordered them. They were in perfect condition!! All this to say, stick it out, Kicks Crew is legit - Austin Reaves wouldn’t promote them if they weren’t (that’s the hope we held onto while waiting and it rang true)!! 4 stars because the shoes were awesome but the wait time was kinda crazy!

For those in doubt I can vouch for this site as I have ordered and received multiple pairs of shoes. This is a site for people that are serious about their kicks. that want shoes when they drop and know the date and time that will happen. If you don’t want the shoes that are being sold in every store by the millions then this is where you wanna shop. I love Nike Cortez I can find all the different colors in nylon suede or leather right here. The only issue is you gonna have to spend a pretty to have your shoes rockin. And you got to have patience cause this ain’t the quickest delivery you gonna get…. You’ll get your shoes but you gonna wait a good two three weeks

Very worried about the many poor reviews I reluctantly placed an order for my niece's birthday. To my delight I had the tracking number in 11 days and the shoes the very next day! I feel many poor reviews are by those that didn't read the order details. Perhaps used to two day shipping? I recommend kicks crew they delivered difficult to find size and model. Thank you!

I ordered the All city 11v2 the Dwayne wade shoes and they came in 12 days idk if it’s an Chinese company but I seen the reviews and got nervous but as soon as they came I bought another pair

They have some heat that you can’t get anywhere else and they communicate with you it’s easy to track it’s perfect for me it’s just the shipping is taxed

I’m glad I got my sneakers from this place because they offered the best price (other places charged $50-$100 more). They came in pristine condition in only 8 days from the time of purchase and all the way from South Korea! That includes the time it took for verification and everything. In fact once the sneakers shipped they actually only took 2 days to get here! I dont know if I should thank FedEx, Kick’s Crew or the South Korean retailer, KREAM, where the shoes actually came from but I wait longer for mail that comes from WITHIN the United States. I’m just overall really really happy with Kicks Crew and I’m glad I found them on a whim. I’m also really glad I didn’t get scared off by the bad reviews and cancel the order. I think people just need to understand that this site is international and most of the shoes are sourced from different countries so there’s a chance you could be waiting a while to get your stuff. Also, it costs a lot of money to ship internationally. Not to mention they also get authenticated by a third party which also costs time and money, so naturally there’s going to be a fee to return the shoes if they don’t fit or you don’t like them for whatever reason. Long story short if you’re unsure of your size or don’t want to have to possibly wait a few weeks before getting your sneakers then pay the extra $100 to Stock X or GOAT and stop complaining. Easy
