I downloaded the app hoping that it would solve my inability to use my rewards points, but it still has the same problems as the website. I’ll order from them when I am able to use rewards without any trouble or needing to contact customer service.

I emailed customer service a few days ago and still haven’t heard back. Applying reward points a web browser AND app is NOT a simple task. I still am having a hard time figuring out how to apply it. The instructions given on the FAQ are not working. So I am earning all the points but not able to use them. Very disappointing. Love their products but wish it was an easier process checking out. Oh and why am I offer free samples to choose from on their browser website but not their app??

I have really enjoyed using these products!! My skin is definitely sensitive and most products work with my skin! I have issues with sensitivity to the tinted sunscreen ( skin gets irritated) and the vitamin c serum! So I use on an on and off schedule! Otherwise I’m hoping and feeling like these products are helping my skin look younger!
The app on the other hand needs some attention! It doesn’t recognize me when I go to checkout and some products have options to switch the scents for example but no where to click on what you want!! A little difficult to navigate!
