I love being one click away from one of my favorite shopping sites!!!

Just like their clothing, appearance is great, but up close the execution is awful. I’ve read so many reviews on better business bureau saying customers didn’t receive help or didn’t receive their product, which is exactly what happened to me. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of action to help myself as a customer obtain a product that I paid for and ordered from them. It is a risk buying from them that you will receive customer care, accurate shipping timeline information, or your product. A risk I’m no longer willing to take. Will not be a return customer to Jlux label.

Keeps Crashing

This updated version of JLUXLABELINC is just awful. There is no back button after you click to view an item. Deleted app.

Love the store and always buy online and enjoyed using their app especially to request a certain item to come back in stock since they don’t have that option on their website, but recently their app has been crashing which is super bummy. At least make a restock request on the website so I don’t have to depend on doing it on JLUXLABELINC !

Had so many issues with the site, specifically when there’s a major promotion. Had my order cancelled/amended more than once. Extremely frustrating.

This would’ve been a 5 star review, but the continued crashes won’t allow me to rate them any higher. Once the developers get these bug fixes completed, I’ll reevaluate.

Love the Clothing in style, But unfortunately their website is not updated and after you already paid and you’re ready waiting for the merchandise, they send you an email days later if not weeks, letting you know that they don’t have the merchandise It has happened to me a bunch of times, and the website doesn’t even take responsibility, so you waste time waiting for the Clothing the never arrives or waiting for the money to be back to your bank account 😕. Are used to expend thousands of dollars In this website and I stopped because of that😒

JLUXLABELINC makes it easier for consumers to view and purchase our favorite products. I mean it gives you an up-close experience to view the fabrics etc and all. Soon as a big sale goes on. Boom! It crashes! My app crashed today and it didn’t matter if I shut down JLUXLABELINC an opened it back up... it still crashes soon as it cut on! I just deleted it hoping something would change

New items don’t appear in my app when I click for new. I have to go into collection style and click each department to see, even there it doesn’t show new. I have to go thru all items to see. And missed out on a lot of good items that are sold out now.

Being able to filter by size would be such a valued enhancement for JLUXLABELINC

Fabulously fashionable clothing. Great quality. I wish there were reviews for each item. Also, I wish there was a way to put on a filter for sizing. It’s quite disappointing to view several pieces that I like, only to disappear that my size isn’t available.

I love JLUXLABELINC , but I can’t see the filter button like I can on the regular website. Also on the regular website the filter button does not always show the specific sizes requested ONLY. I’m sure it’s a simple fix though - love the brand… keep up the beautiful designs and great quality.

I’ve been a loyal customer for the past three or four years. I can CONFIDENTLY say that your service and clothing quality is superior to most brands that I’ve shopped.
