How to fix Karryshop app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Karryshop app on iPhone
Update Karryshop app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Karryshop iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Karryshop on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Karryshop network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Karryshop Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Karryshop not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Karryshop App
1. On android, goto Settings » Karryshop » click [Force Stop]

Update Karryshop to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Karryshop App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Karryshop » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Karryshop.

Fix Karryshop unable to contact server/ Karryshop internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Karryshop » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Karryshop » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Karryshop
