The app is saying I need a phone interview but I already had one weeks ago It's preventing me from receiving any benefits

Why can't see all my images when I try to upload from the image. I can only see some of the images.
Access HRA is showing no active cases for me all of the sudden...no notice of closed case,no recertification is due...just shows no active cases today after a weekend website maintenance. Wow! Now I'm out of food for the holidays thanks HRA!

I am helping a friend upload documents but the system keeps telling me "We could not connect to the following system: SNAP (Food Stamps),Cash Assistance. Please wait and try again later." This has been going on for three days.

Hi, I am getting a message that i must recertification by oct2022 but my app says that i am not due for recertification when i press the link.
I have never had so many problems with this app in years as in last 2 months. Keeps crashing, not loading info or closing out while attempting to use. Let's do better terrible app
I have been trying to recertify my SNAP application for several days and the link doesn't connect it states to call (718) 557-1399 but your on hold for over an hour and no one gets on. I haven't receive my recertification application in the mail as well.
Unable to do cash recertification online by the HRA ACCESS APP. My recertification is due September 20, 2022 the app says l'm due but doesn't let me recertify. Unable to connect to system is the message I get.

The upload wont access my files at all. Upload is useless. The programmer of the app in Android is a hack and should be fired. This is basic function. This is why the city is wasting tax money, hiring these hacks!!!

June 2nd 2022: Impossible to upload docs via both the new and old Access HRA apps It says "Currently unavailable while we perform maintenance. Please check back soon."

While the Access Hra app no longer works on my phone, I was finally able to log-in via my desktop. For some reason, the site wouldn't allow me to log-in (even after changing my password several times). Since the app isn't working on my phone, I'm not able to upload documents.
