The app doesn’t allow me to use the service

I can’t get pass the startup screen as MakeALive asks to download an updated version. However, MakeALive Store says this is the most current version, so I guess that the developer hasn’t released the updated version yet. If so, I’ve been running into this issue for a week, and this really tells you how awful the company manages its app. Garbage.
No single function in this app
