I just downloaded it and it’s already so much better than the last app. I didn’t even know AmericanHeritage was out but I’m happy it is!

OMG THANK YOU!!!! The new app is absolutely stunning and on par with current technology! Finally FaceID for iPhone!! The old app was like playing snake on a Nokia. You guys just made my day ♥️

This is the coolest app ever. I love using it. It’s a wonder you didn’t come up with this sooner.

I deleted and reinstalled several times but still doesn’t work! 🙁

The previous app was way much better than this new app with respect to the color.

The Burgundy color within AmericanHeritage is terrible. Please change it to a clear background like in the previous app.

Add more lines into the account: like in the previous app.

I remember the older version of AmericanHeritage. Let’s just say this is a major update from before. This system is much better, and more option to do things mobile are here also. Finally AMHFCU is keeping up with other banking mobile systems.

AmericanHeritage is so much more in date compared to the previous American Heritage app. I do love it and all the features, however I do wish that the current balance was big and bold as opposed to the available credit/available balance. Sometimes I look at the available balance/credit and assume that’s what is owed, because a lot of banking apps emphasize what is owed—not what is available.

I am unable to use the mobile deposit page on mobile teller. I have spoken to some very nice people and they were unable to help me. He told me to delete AmericanHeritage and re-download it which I did. I’ve rebooted my phone multiple times still the only page in the entire mobile teller that does not respond is the deposit page mobile deposit, page. I am unable to move the page up or down, or access the picture taking part of the page.I am unable to deposit checks remotely

Such a huge improvement compared to the previous app! Face ID capable and quick to load. All of my data is organized very well and AmericanHeritage is easy to navigate.

Overall I enjoy AmericanHeritage - I think it’s gonna take some getting use to but that’s just bc it’s something new. One thing that really bothers me is that it doesn’t show the date a check will be deposited when it’s on hold and just says “pending.” That makes it really hard for me to plan for purchases/payments when I’m not sure when my money will actually be available to me.

The icon for AmericanHeritage is the same as the AMH Video Advisor app, except for the writing on it. Side by side on a phone it is hard to tell them apart. Please consider changing the color from blue to maroon on one of them. Also the written name below the one on the icon is squished so badly - consider changing to “AMH MT”.

AmericanHeritage is so much better, it doesn’t freeze up like the old one did. I like that the fico score is available account summary screen. Right now I haven’t experienced any problems.

The welcoming to become a member was amazing everyone had wonder smiles very professional and friendly the number one bank I’ve banked with in a long time I highly recommend American Heritage Credit Union Bank.

This new app is so much more intuitive and user friendly than the prior version! Love and am so thankful for the upgrade! It was literally my only gripe about the CU…and it has been corrected. Thank you!

Welcome to 2022!

New app is crisper and sharper. I haven’t done much yet because I only downloaded it today. However, I can tell it’s already better than what we had before. Brava!!👏🏻

I can’t use the e-check deposit, otherwise I’d the AmericanHeritage 5-stars! I called and they said I need to update AmericanHeritage , but AmericanHeritage is fully updated. It’s very frustrating to not be able to find a solution to this as I rely on the e-deposit system.

Otherwise great app, but frustrating to not find a solution to a service I used every week on the last app.

This version is 1000x better than the old version. Much more user friendly and convenient!

I’m not surprised that AMHFCU has gone above and beyond for their members! It’s why I’ve been with you for nearly 30 years. AmericanHeritage is AWESOME. You never fail at doing a great job for us.

Apps nice but I use a smaller iPhone. The deposit check button is just out of view on the Deposit Check screen and there is no ability to scroll down.

But

Light years better than the previous app. Sooooooo much happier with AmericanHeritage. The updated features are just what we’re needed.

So I keep receiving e-notices telling me to upgrade to the new American Heritage app however I have the new upgrade app. I even deleted AmericanHeritage and redownloaded it and still receiving the same alerts which at this point is super annoying.

You can’t have a website/app that does not work sometimes. Especially when you’re handling people’s money. Servers down and I need to check my account. What do I do? Wait? Never had to with the last one. Even if it was a little more elementary. Atleast it worked

SO glad that app has been updated and modernized! I have been waiting for this to happen!

Could no longer deposit checks. Told to delete app and reinstall. Didn’t work. Will try again. Never had to reinstall old app. Pain in the neck.

Need to be quicker with the whole purchasing process ; when I buy some and it automatically takes away money it should tell me how much I have left immediately.

AmericanHeritage is easy to use and always up to date. It makes all my banking and bill paying as convenient as could be !

I just have a desire to use a credit card or other accounts to manage the balances with these accounts.

Everything is so easy to find and all accounts are always current with the most up to date information.

Ever since American Heritage created a new and updated app, I have not had any issues. I appreciate that you can use Face ID and everything is accessible.

I love AmericanHeritage, from the fico score, enotices’s , transfer, detailed information and the the ability to make deposits etc makes this the most user friendly mechanism I’ve seen in a long time. Thumbs down! 👍🏾

It makes so many things convenient. Love how I can transfer money without having to call or go into the Bank. Makes life a little easier.

AMHFCU’s previous app was about 10 years out of date. The desktop website still is. At least this new app is a bit more modern feeling and seems to work well.

It’s too bad the credit Union has no way to issue an ACH transfer _into_ your account from an external source, only out. (Or maybe it’s vice versa. Point is it doesn’t go both ways. Like my Alliant CU account does. With no fees, and better interest! With free ATM reimbursement!)

I’m happy to use the mobile app. I use it so often very easy to navigate. Access to your account immediately . You don’t have to wait online with 40 people ahead of you. Highly recommend AmericanHeritage.

This bank was introduced to me from my mother as a child. When i became a business man as an adult and want to open an account my mother advised against it. Her along with others. This has been by far the worst banking relationship I had. In person or on AmericanHeritage . If you deal with large quantities of money this is not the bank i recommend. Go to Navey Federal or police and fire and save the headache. Thank me later.
