1 year agoThe part of the app that sends a text code , calls with a code and asks a security question to verify ID does not work. I called my carrier and was told no problem on their side. The old app worked.

I deleted and reinstalled several times but still doesn’t work! 🙁

Change the color
The previous app was way much better than this new app with respect to the color. The Burgundy color within the app is terrible. Please change it to a clear background like in the previous app. Add more lines into the account: like in the previous app. Credit card: Current balance —————- Available credit —————— Payment due ——————— Due date —————————

E-deposit
I am unable to use the mobile deposit page on mobile teller. I have spoken to some very nice people and they were unable to help me. He told me to delete the app and re-download it which I did. I’ve rebooted my phone multiple times still the only page in the entire mobile teller that does not respond is the deposit page mobile deposit, page. I am unable to move the page up or down, or access the picture taking part of the page.I am unable to deposit checks remotely
