The part of the app that sends a text code , calls with a code and asks a security question to verify ID does not work. I called my carrier and was told no problem on their side. The old app worked.

I deleted and reinstalled several times but still doesn’t work! 🙁
Change the color

The previous app was way much better than this new app with respect to the color.
The Burgundy color within the app is terrible. Please change it to a clear background like in the previous app.
Add more lines into the account: like in the previous app.

This bank was introduced to me from my mother as a child. When i became a business man as an adult and want to open an account my mother advised against it. Her along with others. This has been by far the worst banking relationship I had. In person or on the app. If you deal with large quantities of money this is not the bank i recommend. Go to Navey Federal or police and fire and save the headache. Thank me later.
