The old app was better. I still can’t submit a Mobil deposit no matter what I do. Shouldn’t change things that were never broke or bad to begin with.

I can’t change my phone number saved to my account

Love American1OnlineBanking but I had my phone number changed recently and sometimes American1OnlineBanking won’t let me log in because it’s a unrecognized phone

I have been with American 1 Credit Union for over 25 years! Their Banking is simple and Easy! I recently had to upgrade my Tracfone flip phone and now I use the Mobile App when I am on the “go”. I ❤️❤️❤️ American 1 Credit Union!!!

I like this new and updated app. Very easy to navigate and seems to work pretty smooth so far. The only thing I can think of to improve it a little, would be the ability to edit your name at the top left after signing in. Even just making it my username would be fine. I like to take screenshots to keep track of my accounts and would prefer not to have my name showing (although you can move the page up some then take a screen shot). Other than that, great app!
