they took off the option to pay it early. anything to make it difficult for ppl and get them penalized when they DONT WANT to do auto payments that’s not fair

I want to just use my email. I don’t want it associated with my gmail or to use a Microsoft option or the other one. I just want to sign in with my email address and it is not an option available

Was able to make one payment on MyByrider after it transferred from CNAC, now I have to call every month to make payments. App will not let me login.

If you can get it to work you can process payment if they didn’t choose to black out random payment methods. No payment history no updated balances nothing actually helpful or official whatsoever

MyByrider is absolute garbage!!! You try to make a payment and get to the confirmation screen and it wont even let you scroll to the make payment button. I think the automated phone payment system was way more convenient and easy to use. Tried to call CNAC and seems like they cant answer a phone now. They say these apps are “for your convenience”, but they are really an excuse to be lazy and forget what customer service is all about.

Suddenly MyByrider doesn’t allow me to open it - I have used it religiously every 2 weeks for the last 8 months with no problem and now all of the sudden it refuses my log in/ it won’t let me log straight into MyByrider like before it tries to force me through google , Apple or Microsoft and still refuses them. I even re set up passwords for the 3 accounts and Byrider still refuses. I’m just trying to pay my bill a day early . Why is it so difficult?

I was able to get my account connected at one point but now it won’t let me. Can’t log in on website either because they want you to use an app that doesn’t work. Keep uninstalling and trying again, still says error every time i try to log in.

MyByrider IS EVERYTHING ITS A MUST HAVE!!!!!!

Works great now that I can log in!
