This app is absolute garbage!!! You try to make a payment and get to the confirmation screen and it wont even let you scroll to the make payment button. I think the automated phone payment system was way more convenient and easy to use. Tried to call CNAC and seems like they cant answer a phone now. They say these apps are “for your convenience”, but they are really an excuse to be lazy and forget what customer service is all about.

Suddenly the app doesn’t allow me to open it - I have used it religiously every 2 weeks for the last 8 months with no problem and now all of the sudden it refuses my log in/ it won’t let me log straight into the app like before it tries to force me through google , Apple or Microsoft and still refuses them. I even re set up passwords for the 3 accounts and Byrider still refuses. I’m just trying to pay my bill a day early . Why is it so difficult?

Was able to make one payment on this app after it transferred from CNAC, now I have to call every month to make payments. App will not let me login.
